MRI SUPERVISOR II - INPATIENT – ORANGE, CALIFORNIA


WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking an MRI Supervisor - Inpatient  for one of our clients located in  Orange, California. 


SUMMARY: 


The Supervisor-MRI works with minimal supervision. Exercises discretion and independent judgment in handling personnel issues including training plans, quality review and education, equipment malfunctions, scheduling and staffing. Supervises MRI inpatient and outpatient in Orange and Irvine location to ensure high level of service, productivity, and maintain/improve stakeholder satisfaction. Manages HR related needs with MRI Manager. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures, and State and Federal regulations. Acts as a Liaison between internal and external customers to resolve any satisfaction or service concerns. Able to operate all equipment in MRI and instructs others in the operation. Able to perform a variety of advanced procedures that require independent judgment and clinical expertise. Shows initiative in accepting new responsibilities and learning new procedures. Performs other duties as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to explain technical MRI concepts, actively listen, persuade, advise, and counsel in English.
  • Venipuncture Certification.
  • Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and software malfunction sin order to contact appropriate service personnel.
  • Must possess a RDCS certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or RCS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Must be able to participate in on call rotation and work weekend rotations.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years recent MRI experience in an Adult Acute Care Facility.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of patient populations and show sensitivity.
  • In-depth knowledge of MRI equipment in order to operate and monitor the relevant technology.
  • Demonstrated subject matter knowledge of MRI and ability to apply principles to ensure operations meet regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in training and guiding employees on radiology modality techniques Demonstrated ability to solve problems and suggest solutions within defined procedures and policies through critical thinking process.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a complex, challenging environment.
  • BLS Required.

SUMMARY:


As a Senior Specialist Transportation Management, you will lead the strategic development, cross-functional alignment, and execution of our client’s multi-modal inbound logistics framework. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s transportation strategy, driving operational excellence, and implementing cutting-edge systems to support our all-electric vehicle production.


This role will be based out of Blythewood, South Carolina. This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transportation Management System: Lead the deployment of a best-in-class Transportation Management System (e.g., SAP TM and/or 4PL integration) to streamline inbound logistics operations. Define comprehensive functional requirements, coordinate cross-functional implementation plans, and ensure seamless synergetic integration with adjacent IT systems to enable end-to-end process visibility and automation.
  • Inbound Concept Implementation: Architect and implement a holistic, multi-modal inbound transportation strategy encompassing LTL, FTL, small parcel, ocean, and air freight. Drive alignment across departments to support both pre-series and series production phases. Develop lane-specific logistics solutions that optimize cost, service levels, and sustainability across domestic and international supply chains.
  • Inbound Transportation RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) Strategy: Own the end-to-end RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) process for inbound transportation services. Align cross-functional stakeholders on timelines, bundling strategies, and sourcing plans. Prepare all necessary documentation, including Statements of Work and pricing template. Evaluate supplier proposals and support contract negotiations to ensure optimal value and performance.
  • Service Provider Management: Oversee logistics service providers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and operational KPIs. Foster strong partnerships and drive accountability through structured performance management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing transportation flows and performance data. Identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inbound logistics. Develop actionable reports and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Based on your expertise and evolving business needs, you may be assigned additional tasks within logistics planning beyond those explicitly listed.


REQUIREMENTS:

This role will focus on hard bid estimating for roadway and heavy civil construction projects throughout the Houston market and beyond.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for heavy civil and roadway projects.

SUMMARY:


The primary role of this position is preparing and dispensing appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, leading a team of pharmacy technicians and managing the overall day-to day pharmacy responsibilities. The job entails a high level of responsibility and knowledge.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Review and execute provider’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality.
  • Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster. 
  • Maintain full control over medication inventory, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration. 
  • Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice. 
  • Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient.
  • Maintain patient profiles and history of all activities regarding medications dispensed. 
  • Keep abreast and stay current with HIPAA and Frauds Waste and Abuse credentialing. 
  • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Pharmacy and its employees are compliant with Federal, State and Local laws regulated. 
  • Ensures that the Pharmacy and its employees are aware and compliant with local facilities policies.
  • Responsible for directing the daily work of Pharmacy Technicians, this includes providing input into performance evaluations and advising Senior Management of any behavioral and/or performance issues.
  • Responsible for managing the Pharmacy Technicians schedules. This includes advising Senior Management of any request for leave of absences or medical accommodations.
  • Other duties as necessary.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • A Doctorate degree (PharmD) from an accredited college or university.
  • Current License to practice (PharmD) in Illinois.
  • Min 3-5 years retail pharmacy manager experience.
  • Must be able to utilize Patient Management System in the Pharmacy.


COMPENSATION:


  • $130,000 to $140,000 Annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers. 
  • Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases.
  • Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the CRM tool and the LIM system.

  • Demonstrates appropriate project management skills by justifying and scoping customer projects, as well as supporting our market areas by driving our innovation and technology pipeline. 
  • Plans, executes and communicates laboratory requests to support customer / market projects. Prepares reports to summarize findings & conclusions and effectively communicates technical information directly to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Contributes to the development and successful adoption of new technology platforms for laminating adhesives and coatings by applying deep technical knowledge, industry expertise and customer insights.
  • Provides market-specific expertise through internal and external approaches including involvement in professional societies and industry associations. 
  • Leads by example in Safety, completing all necessary site and field safety requirements. Develops technical and professional skills through ongoing learning, mentoring, and participation in internal and external technical communities.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry.
  • 5-10 years of technical service, engineering, or industry experience; relevant experience in the Flexible Packaging industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on coating and/or converting expertise (mechanical / application equipment aptitude) in laminating adhesives and/or coatings technology area is highly valued.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex / difficult problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills; able to work effectively with a range of individuals from manufacturing operators and laboratory technicians through senior management both at customers and within the company.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Willing to travel up to ~60%, primarily in the USA and occasionally MX/CAN; with advance planning and support to enable sustainable work-life balance.


COMPENSATION:


  • $105,000 to $125,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


The APRN/Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary health care including health promotion and disease prevention activities for patients. The incumbent provides specialized care in collaboration with department physicians and refers patients to consultants for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment procedures as appropriate.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve nonconformances and drive corrective actions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9-years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7-years of prior related experience. 
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13-years of prior related experience.
  • Professional experience using CAD software such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, NX etc.
  • Professional experience with GD&T application and interpretation according to ASME Y14.5 and ASME Y14.100.
  • Professional experience with dimensional stack-up/tolerance analysis 


Preferred Additional Skills:


  • Strong fundamentals in mechanics, vibration, fatigue, and thermal concepts.
  • Experience with DFMA and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems and working in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with FEA tools and test validation methods.
  • Advanced degree (MS) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • An active DOW Secret Security Clearance.
